Megger DET14C Digital Earth Clamp-On Ground Resistance Meter for Rent
This Megger DET14C is a Clamp-On Ground Resistance Tester, available for rent at flexible daily, weekly, and monthly rates.
RENTAL RATES: $65/day, $160/week, $385/month CAD
The DET14C measures earth/ground resistance in multiple loop installations without disconnecting the ground. Its large elliptical clamp with smooth, flat mating surfaces avoids the dirt buildup and reliability issues common with interlocking-teeth designs, and it's rated to CATIV 600V for safe use ahead of the distribution board.
A fully outfitted DET14C runs into the thousands to buy outright, renting gets you the exact same testing capability for the length of a job without that capital commitment, and without owning a specialized instrument that would otherwise sit idle between projects.

Pole ground and service entrance testing
