The ROTALIGN Ultra is a portable, high-end laser alignment platform used to align rotating machinery and precision components such as shafts, turbine components, and bores, and to measure straightness and flatness across a variety of surfaces. It’s designed to be user-friendly with an intuitive interface, guided menus, and on-screen hints—making it easy to operate even for first-time users while still offering advanced capability for experienced maintenance teams.

With patented single-beam technology and continuous sweep measurement, the system supports both vertical and horizontal machine alignment, machine train alignment for up to 14 machines, soft foot measurement and correction, and thermal growth evaluation. Built rugged for industrial environments (IP-rated components), it’s a strong fit for plants and field teams in power generation, petrochemical, manufacturing, and heavy industry where accurate alignment and reliable reporting matter.
